When making a reservation, fifty per cent (50%) of the full rental amount, excluding hotel tax and security deposit, is due to confirm a reservation within fourteen (14) days from the booking date.

Payment in full is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Reservations are subject to cancellation for non-payment. Last minute bookings (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will require a credit card guarantee.If cancelling thirty (30) days or less up until eight (8) days before reservation date there will be a 50% cancellation fee. If the reservation is paid for with credit card and then cancelled there will be a five percent (5%) processing fee based on the total rental amount.

If cancelling seven (7) days or less there will be a 100% cancellation fee.

Housekeeping upon departure.

No pets allowed.

No smoking allowed.

Three (3) nights for the price of two (2): October 1 to April 30 excluding Holidays.
